Responsibilities: Program management with different Business Unit leaders.

Project: Develop and deploy a world-wide quotation tool to support field services sales people
Context: International context with multiple subcontractors’ management and integration in IT landscape
Responsibilities: Initiate the project by selecting the right tool. Drive the internationalisation of the tool with the subcontractors.
Partner Business Unit
> 2010/2013 (3 years) – Customer Software Project Manager & Test Manager
Project: Design and develop a quotation tool for low voltage switchboards (Prisma Plus)
Context: Complex technological environment and one of the major strategic projects in the BU with 80 people.
Responsibilities:
Before GO milestone, project manager (team of 10, then 20 people) to prototype and initialize the project.
After GO milestone, test manager (5 to 8 people (France and India)) to validate the deliverables with manual and automated tests.
Equipement & Systems Business Unit
> 2007/2010 (3 years) – Software and data Leader
Context: Manage data production and software development for partners (panelbuilders, contractors)
Objective was to boost the Schneider Electric equipments sales (Medium & Low Voltage, bus ducts)
International context and electro-technical environment
Responsibilities: Team of 6 people with a portfolio of 10 applications.
Manage the different teams and external companies.

(servers and storage allocation, network creation)
Context: International context with datacenters environment and technologies
Responsibilities: Manage the team of 4 then 8 people (including remote management with India)
Outsourcing management (specifications, communication and follow-up of remote team)

ACAF project: Design the Information System of a lift company
Alplog project: Architecture and design the CRM (Customer Relationship System) of Alplog
France Telecom: Study the different scenarios to migrate one of the main database of France Telecom
Caisse Epargne: Implement a tool to manage the portfolio of customers. (Context: Finance and Web)
Amec Spie: Design and develop dashboards for reporting. (Context: Business Intelligence)

Project: Reorganize the Information System to align it with information flows and business processes.
Setup an intranet website inside the activity called SIM (System Information Management)
Context: Information System, International (European Level), Supply Chain, Web, ERP
Responsibilities: Specifications, design and development of the different modules (planning, workflow, communication…).
Manage training for administrators and key-users.

Project: Develop a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for a production factory.
Context: Industrial, Multitask and multi-users. 600 man-days with a team of 4 people.
